About

The Blog

Fandom Bouquet is a weekly blog featuring commentary, reviews, and observations on fan culture; internet fan community groups and activities; or particular things of which the author is a fan.  Typically, subjects are related to books, television, or movies, however the blog may occasionally provide music recommendations; gaming or software observations; and commentary on chocolate and frozen lasagna.

Updates are scheduled for Sunday afternoons, but this may change over time. (read: on the whim of the woman behind the curtain.)

The Blogger

Rose B. Fischer is a 30-something geek who does, in fact, not live in her parents' basement and collect comic books.  Nor is she a librarian with 67 cats.  She collects fictional heroes (okay and antiheroes), of which her favorites are Aslan, Paul and Jessica Atreides, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jaime Sommers, Polgara The Sorceress, Susan Ivanova, Jean Luc Picard, Xena, Helen Magnus, Daniel Jackson, Nate Ford, Lestat de Lioncourt, and Chauntecleer.

Stories are her favorite things in the world.
